This report will review evidence of clinical, cost and comparative effectiveness of home-use of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) in patients with chronic musculoskeletal pain, osteoarthritis or diabetic neuropathy and existing evidence-based guidelines regarding the use of TENS in home-based settings.
